American Future Fund believes that judges should not legislate from the bench. Whether they are local, state or federal judges, their responsibility is to interpret the law, NOT make law. We will closely monitor justices who are nominated for the courts, and continue to keep you updated on their backgrounds and judicial philosophy. Additionally, we will make sure to closely monitor United States senators with regard to the judicial nominees who come before them.
